Rafael Angel Alequin

Rafael Angel Alequin of Berwyn, formerly of Chicago, passed away unexpectedly on June 25 th ,
2022. He is survived by his two sons, Rafael 26 years old and Joaquin 7 years old, his best
friend Elizabeth (Joaquin’s mother), his mother Rose and step father Santos, his siblings,
Daniel, Amanda, Michael, Thomas, Jasmine and Sophia, paternal grandfather Rafael, maternal
grandparents Ruben and Maria Rosa, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and
friends. Rafael and his siblings recently lost their father on June 17, 2022. Rafael loved playing
video games with his brother Daniel and friends in grade school. He won a video game
tournament at 10 years old. He loved to draw, to cook, loved music, to spend time with his
family, swimming and of course playing video games, and loved his recent job with Target.
Rafael was a loving person, he had quality traits he didn’t realize he had, he was very
personable, friendly and had so much potential. He loved everyone, the less fortunate, the
homeless,.. Unconditionally, sharing each others pain and griefs. We will truly miss you, love
you forever. May our Lord Jesus Christ give you rest and peace.
