Elliott Borrero

Elliott Borrero, age 62, of Berwyn passed away suddenly and went to heaven on June 30. Dear son of the late Eliud and the late Aida nee Pizarro Borrero. Cherished brother of Nancy (John) Plotke and Loving "Uncle YaYa" to Katrina and Andrew Plotke. Elliott leaves behind his devoted cat Smokey which now resides with another caring family member. He is survived and loved by many other relatives and friends. Elliott worked at Harrington & King Perforating for 41 years. He held many positions during his career however mostly as shipping & receiving clerk. He was a member of the United Steelworkers of America and former union steward. Elliott was a fan of Star Wars, Star Trek, Godzilla movies, Marvel and DC Comics, SciFi movies, B-Movies and military tanks. He had a fondness of watches, clocks, fishing and reading about the latest gadgets. He adored Marilyn Monroe. He had a quick wit and loved a good joke. We will never forget his wonderful smile and his laughter will stay with us always. 
 

Visitation will be Friday, July 6, 2018 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. 
Memorial Service 12:00 pm at Heritage Funeral Home. 
Followed by final resting place at Queen of Heaven cemetery in Hillside, IL.
