James L. Mlsna

James Laddie Mlsna,

born August 15, 1947 of Chicago, IL passed away on November 20, 2019. James was a Captain in the Army, serving his country with pride, honor and intensity during the Vietnam War and earning several distinctions including two Bronze Stars while commanding his troop in the artillery division. He is survived by his son, Alexander and is two grandchildren, Drake and Veronica.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Laddie and Emilie. James lived a full life that had many facets to it.  He continued to grow as a man whose love and compassion for others saw no limits.  Though he was not flashy, he brought warmth to so many around him that his life will continue on though his acts and through the impacts he made on others.
