Barbara F. Hilburger

Barbara Hilburger, age 83, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026. Born and raised in Chicago, Barbara lived a life defined by her unwavering devotion to her family and the warmth and kindness she extended to all who knew her.   Barbara was the beloved wife of the late Robert Hilburger, with whom she shared many cherished years. Her family was her greatest pride and joy, and she was a steadfast source of love and support to all of them.  She is survived by her son, Mark Hilburger, and his wife Frances; and her daughter, Christine Majewski, and her husband Brendgol. She leaves behind not only her family, but also the countless lives she touched through her generous spirit and good heart.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, 10:00 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home in Berwyn, Illinois.  All who knew and loved Barbara are welcome to attend.

Barbara Hilburger will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
