Bernice Perez, of Chicago, Illinois, and current resident of Berwyn, Illinois,
passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 47. A beloved wife, devoted mother,
cherished daughter, and loyal friend, Bernice touched the lives of all who knew her with
her warmth, creativity, and unwavering love.
She is survived by her loving husband, Juan Jose Perez; her treasured son, Eros
Gael Perez; and her mother, Martha Perez. Bernice was a proud mother and nurturing
soul who devoted her life to caring for her family and spreading kindness in every corner
of her world.
Her passions brought beauty and joy into everyday life—whether through her
intricate crocheting, her meticulous nail art, or the seasonal decorations that welcomed
everyone at her front door. Bernice’s thoughtful spirit and artistic touch will be dearly
missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
A visitation to honor Bernice’s life will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, from 3:00
PM to 8:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home, located at 3117 S. Oak Park Ave, Berwyn, IL
60402.
Bernice will be greatly missed. She left us far too soon, but the love she gave
and the memories she created will live on in our hearts forever.

artístico serán profundamente extrañados por todos los que tuvieron el placer de
conocerla.
El velatorio en honor a Bernice se llevará a cabo el viernes 30 de mayo de 2025,
de 3:00 a 8:00 pm, en la Funeraria Heritage, ubicada en 3117 S. Oak Park Ave,
Berwyn, IL 60402.
Extrañaremos mucho a Bernice. Nos dejó demasiado pronto, pero el amor que
