Joanne Leija

Joanne Leija, passed away surrounded by her loving family. Daughter of Ruth Gordon and Geraldo Leija. She was a devoted mother to her two daughters, Yvette Rabadan and Aira (Rick) Miret. Joanne was a proud grandmother to Enrique and Alejandro Miret, Noel Sandoval, and Fermín Rabadan, and a cherished great-grandmother to Indy and Rio Miret. Sister to Frank Leija.

Joanne will always be remembered for her passion for cooking and the love she poured into every meal. Her kitchen was a place of comfort and warmth, always open to anyone in need of a good meal or good company. She had a gift for feeding not only bodies, but also souls.

Her strength, hard work, and boundless love for her family will live forever in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
