Miguel Ramirez

Miguel Ramirez, age 57, at rest July 8, 2025.  Mickey deeply loved his family, and he had a special bond with all his nieces and nephews, he truly was the best uncle anyone could ask for. He always had a funny remark ready and a smile on his face. His sense of humor was unforgettable, and he brought laughter wherever he went.  He was a generous and selfless person, always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need and most importantly took care of mom. He found joy in making others laugh and feel loved. Mickey was a huge Chicago sports fan of White Sox, Bears, and Bulls.  He faced his battle with kidney problems with courage and hope, looking forward to a transplant in the coming months, but God had other plans for him.  

We invite you to join us in celebrating Mickey’s life, his smile, his love, and the joy he brought to all of us. He will be deeply missed and will be forever in our hearts.. Visitation on Monday July 14, 2025 from 3-8 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home & Cremation, 3117 S. Oak Park Avenue, Berwyn.  Funeral Tuesday 9 a.m. at the funeral home, then proceeding to Good Shepherd Church 2735 S. Kolin Avenue, Chicago for Mass (10:00 time pending).  Interment, St. Mary Cemetery, 87th Street & Hamlin Avenue, Evergreen Park, IL  

Una lágrima se evapora, una flor sobre mi tumba se marchita, más una oración por mi alma la recoge Dios.  No lloren, amados míos. Voy a unirme con Dios y los espero en el cielo. Yo muero, pero mi amor no muere, yo les amaré en el cielo como los he amado en la tierra. A todos los que me han querido les pido que rueguen por mí, que es la mayor prueba de cariño. Amén.
