Patricia Ruth Perch

Mrs. Patricia R. Perch, age 92, of Stickney, passed away Sunday morning, December 21, 2025, at her residence. She was born in Westmont IL, daughter of the late Margaret Donahue and William Miller.  Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Emil Perch and her brother Charles Miller. She is survived by her three sons and three daughters as well as 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.  She was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. She enjoyed participating in church activities such as choir and weekly bingo. She loved to dance and have a good time with everyone, bringing joy, and togetherness wherever she went.  Her passion was cooking and caring for children, not only within her family, but also in the community. She loved all animals, especially her dog Riley, as they could sense her caring spirit. She was always there with a helping hand in times of need. She was a beacon of light and positive energy, always uplifting those around her with a warm smile and a kind heart, leaving an everlasting impact on everyone she touched.  Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, December 28, 2025 at Heritage Funeral Home  3117 S. Oak Park Avenue in Berwyn, IL.  Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m.. Monday, December 29, 2025, at St Pius X Catholic Church, 4300 S. Oak Park Avenue in Stickney, IL. Burial will follow at Mount Auburn Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers please donate to Alzheimer’s research at alz.org
