Virginia E Childers

Virginia Elizabeth Childers, 70, of Lyons, Illinois passed away on April 8, 2024.  She was born on January 10, 1954 to Winston and Marie Childers in Helena, Arkansas.  In 1998 she retired and moved to Arizona with her husband John Hinson.  Virginia was preceded in death by her father Winston Childers, her mother Marie Childers, and her husband John Hinson.  She is survived by her daughters, Dianna Lebherz (Christopher Jones), Danielle Lebherz, and son RIchard Lebherz, Jr.  She is also survived by her brothers Robbie Childers, and Terry Reyna, and her grandchildren Brandon Jones, Constance Forrest and Adrianna Jones, great-grandson Kash Forrest, nephew Blaine Childers, niece Blair Childers and many cousins and friends.  Last, but not least, her faithful and cherished companion and caregiver, Spike.  She was a loved and cherished mother, devoted nurse, and lover of animals.  She leaves behind a legacy of strength and independence that will forever be remembered by those lives she touched.  Though she may no longer walk among us, her spirit will live on in our hearts.  She will be missed, but never forgotten.  May she rest in peace, knowing that she was loved and cared for.  Private Cremation through Tower Home for Funerals and Cremation LLC, Lyons, IL.  Private Memorial Service will be held at Loyola Medical Center, Maywood, Illinois on April 27, 2024.
